The general consensus from the comments is that it is an albino House Sparrow - I for one have never seen one of these before!

yes I would agree with John Martyn.
I agree with John too - partial albino - makes him look interesting tho doesn't it - just for a second or two while you wonder what European bird this might be!!!! But no he's a 'house spadge'!!
